Okay, one final tweak

I like getting feedback. In this case, it was suggested to either add a high score table, or at least let the player decide when to move on from the Game Over screen. I dropped high scores from the MVP since it wasn't entirely clear to me what the best practice around them was. But waiting for a button press? I can do that!
